We often wonder if a certain website opens for us or not . Sometimes its a local ISP issue , sometimes it could be a DNS issue . Especially if you are a person whose has such frequent problems then you would always have a doubt if its only you who has trouble opening this website . Then you go about asking your friends via email or on a forum etc , but by the time you get a reply you forget why you needed to go to the site at the first place :)
Well there is a solution for this . Using a website service called downforeveryoneorjustme .
All you need to do is go to www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com and type in the address of the website you wish to check . Then it would tell you if that site really opens or not!!

But how can we know if certain ISP got some dns error like sometimes.. a problem called Network time out occurs..
well for that you would need to ask friends of yours who are using the same ISP's service.. there is no online service for that.
