Ubuntu 9.04 - Jaunty Jackalope The Next Ubuntu - Coming This April 2009

Well regular ubuntu users should be aware that a new ubuntu version would be out by april . As ubuntu releases a new version every 6 months . So the next ubuntu version Ubuntu Jaunty Jackalope 9.04 would be releasing on April 2009 . To be precise at April 23rd 2009. So all ubuntu enthusiasts who love trying out ubuntu releases on a test machine or via vmware can definetly start playing around with the alpha release of ubuntu jaunty .



Please be careful not to install this version as your Primary operating system as it is still in its alpha stage , so bugs would definetly be prominent.Its not at all stable. So the best thing to do is try it via vmware or virtual box etc.. I Love playing around with an unfinished operating system . Its fun to get an idea as to whats coming!!So if you wish to do the same , you could download the latest release of ubuntu jaunty FROM HERE .
