Firefox recently released Firefox 3.0.5 . Its latest version . This time firefox has fixed a lot of MAJOR security issues . So it is important for you to upgrade to the latest firefox which is firefox 3.0.5 . A list of the major fixes and the major security fixes are shown below :

MFSA 2008-60 Crashes with evidence of memory corruption (rv:1.9.0.5/1.8.1.19)

So ensure that you have the latest firefox installed . You can do this by going to Help->About Mozilla Firefox . Check your Version there. Ensure that it has the latest verion i.e. 3.0.5 .
