Firefox has recently released its new version firefox 3.5 . It does have a few major improvements and i think its definetly worth trying . Here's a small review on firefox 3.5 and a guide on how to install it in ubuntu and windows :

Firefox 3.5 firstly i find is a lot more stable than previous version of firefox . The first noticeable change i found is that , the right click error which i mentioned HERE is no longer there . So thats a relief. Here are some of the new features i found :

1)Private Browsing - This was something taken from Google chrome i guess :) , which allows you to browse without any cookies or history being stored on the computer

2)Location Aware Browsing - This will tell websites your current location so as to give better results . I havent tried this out yet
3)A lot less of memory consumption

4)Does not crash that often , compared to firefox 3
5)A much more responsive and faster application

Although there are still some issues with the new firefox :

1)Certain add-ons are no longer supported . SO be careful when you upgrade
2)Crashing is still there , just a more politeful way of restoring back your session after a crash :)

FINAL WORDS
So all in all , i think its a pretty good version to upgrade to , as long as your add ons are supported . The issues have not been completely fixed but definetly IMPROVED.

HOW TO INSTALL
Installing in windows is pretty straight forward , just GO HERE and launch the .exe file. For ubuntu users , You can follow THIS GUIDE.
