This tutorial is for all opera users. This tutorial would help you to save a session, a particular browser session while working on opera. If you are a hard core web surfer then this would be of great use to you. As such people often tend to visit certain group of websites frequently. So to manually open those webistes everytime you start opera is a tedious task.Even if you have saved those websites in your bookmarks, to click on each and every bookmark incase you have a number of websites , then that too could be a tedious task.In opera you could save a session and open it either everytime you launch opera , or open a particular session manually. So by opening a particular session , the sites which you often visit will open in a new opera window. Thus making it really convenient. So here's how you go about doing it :

Saving A Session In Opera

Step 1 : Open Opera and launch the pages in tabs that you frequently visit.Like in this example i have opened 4 websites namely google search, yahoo, windows live mail and gmail

Step 2 : Now once you have opened all your windows, you need to save your session, for this go to File->Sessions->Save This Session

Step 3 : Now another window would pop up asking you to enter in a particular name for this session , in this case i have called the session opera
Step 4 : Now you have another option , in that same window. If you want opera to open this session of windows everytime you launch opera then CHECK the statement that says " Show these tabs and windows everytime I start opera "

Step 5 : If you want to manually open the session of windows whenever you feel like later on , then you may leave that option UNCHECKED
Step 6 : Once that is done, you may safely close opera

Opening A Session In Opera

NOTE : If you have followed Step 4 above, then you need not follow the steps below as your session would open automatically everytime you start opera. If you have followed Step 5 above, then please do follow the steps below to open the session you saved above

Step 1 : Open Opera , you would see a blank screen with no windows open in opera

Step 2 : Now to open the session, go to File->Sessions->Manage Sessions

Step 3 : Now another window should pop up showing you your saved sessions ( eg : opera in this case).Click on your saved session and click on Open
