Just Dial - A Really Cool Search Portal for Indians

We often find ourselves searching for a number which we dont know where we kept or we probably dont have it at all.So one most common option that comes to one's mind is obviously the telephone directory.Now hey we're in 2008 with technology like the internet there's got to be a better way.And that way is JustDial.Just Dial has one of the largest indexes of information of various enterprises , be it companies,bakeries,restaurants,schools,hospitals etc etc . You name it and they have information on it.The person's name , phone no etc etc .
Just Dial has two ways of searching.One way is through their website www.justdial.com . Enter your city name and just type in the name and you should get good results with phone numbers.


You would even get an option to SMS or EMAIL that contact information to you.Really handy...

Whats even more handy is their Phone service. With their phone service, all you need to do is tell them the name of the restaurant,theatre etc and they will immediately send it to you via SMS if you are calling from a cell phone( which trust me is the ideal way to go). Sometimes the SMS comes even before you hangup , i mean such is the service.Its pretty good.Its a life saver at times, trust me..They know your name and whatever info you have given them as soon as they call you.So thats cool too!!I Have never been disappointed with this service, i have always got the numbers i have wanted from them , not even once they've said that they dont have or they cant find a number.Since its a free service , why not!!!Here are the contact numbers for Just Dial
