This is a very common issue faced by many windows uers . Sometimes this issue does not cause any problems like no access to the internet etc but sometimes it can come in the way . The basic reason for this error is either your machine did not get an ip address from your router or your machine has an identical ip address to that of another machine on your network . There are multiple ways to fix this, hopefully this would help :

FIRST METHOD - USING THE WINDOWS REPAIR FUNCTION
This is byfar the easiest method and all that windows repair function does is request your router for an ip address . If your router's DHCP server has available IP's then it would give it to your machine and then your problem should be solved. Here's how you get to the repair button :

Step 1 : Right click on the network symbol ( the one with 2 monitors ) on the taskbar ( OR Go to Start->Control Panel->Network Connections And right click on your Network connection) and click on STATUS

Step 2 : Then you would see a page similar to this

Step 3 : Then Click on Support and then click on the Repair Button

If all is well your PC should have got an ip address and the Limited or No Connectivity error should have disappeared. If it hasn't dont worry , the second method should fix it for good.

SECOND METHOD - ASSIGN A STATIC IP
This is a definite solution which has to work . I have already written a tutorial on this before so CLICK HERE to get to that tutorial.
