Microsoft Yahoo Sign 10 Year Web Deal

This is making big news all over , Microsoft and Yahoo have recently signed a 10 year web deal to take on Google who is currently way ahead!!This news came as a big surprise and it would be interesting to see how the two biggies collaborate with each other.

The highlights of the web deal is that Microsoft's Bing search engine will power the Yahoo website and Yahoo will in turn become the advertising sales team for Microsoft's online offering. This is so that microsoft's bing would function much better and yahoo will benefit from more advertising . Now the big question is Will this deal work to take on Google's Search Engine which currently dominates the search engine market by a huge margin? Well i dont think Microsoft and Yahoo stand a chance . A lot of attempts have been made through bing,yahoo search, wolframalpha to take on Google , but google still remains the favourite .

So it would be really interesting to see what this Microsoft Yahoo Deal would actually do and whether it would indeed make any difference at all!!
